The Orient-Occident (East-West) Foundation, headed by Yasmine Filali, has signed recently an agreement for the establishment of a socio-educational center in the province of Larache. The center will include two main parts: one, which will serve as a socio-educational center for youths, and another, which will serve for professional training in the field of tourism.

Le Matin reports that the agreement was cosigned by the Province of Larache, by the Provincial Committee and the Urban Community of Larache, the Development of the North Agency, The Moroccan Red Cross, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation through the CODESPA Foundation, the Telefonica-Maroc Foundation and the Minister of Tourism. "We opened another center in Oujda last October. This third center in Larache provides us with the opportunity to continue developing new educational centers in the country" said Filali, the president of the Orien-Occident Foundation.
