Munich-based Siemens business services, a unit of German giant Siemens, is eyeing the Middle East region to increase its business, said a senior company official, quoted by Khaleej Times.
The Siemens unit, which provides electronic business solutions and services, expects that the region will witness a boom over the following few years, according to Bernhard Mansion, the company’s vice-president for e-commerce.
He added that e-business will be transformed into mobile business slowly in the next two years.
Among the projects carried out by the Siemens unit is the prestigious Dubai Internet City, said the paper.
