Seven people died Thursday when a shared taxi and a truck collided on an Upper Egypt highway, a police source said.
Among the dead were two girls, aged five and one.
Thirteen other people were injured, seven of them listed in serious condition at a Cairo hospital, when the taxi and truck crashed into each other near the village of Roda, 280 kilometers (150 miles) south of the capital -- CAIRO (AFP)
