The Riyadh-based King Abdulaziz center has issued the second edition of the book “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the era of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques” on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the King's accession to the throne.
The book sheds light on the important achievements reached during the era of King Fahd including the social and economic development accomplished in the country, according to SPA.
Citing significant developments, the book says King Fahd’s era witnessed the issuance of the systems of the basic rule, the regions and the Shoura (consultative council).
On the other hand, the book stresses the wise role played by King Fahd in the service of Arab and Muslim causes. (Albawaba.com)
