A Saudi cargo plane carrying 43,900 kg of foodstuffs and tents left on Tuesday for Ghana, to provide relief assistance to the victims of floods in the African country, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The agency said that the move was in line with an order from King Fahd to send urgent relief materials on two cargo planes to Ghana following floods that caused the death and displacement of a number of families in flood-affected regions – Albawaba.com
