Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahd, Kuwait's Minister of Information and Acting Oil Minister, who also serves as the Chairman of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature, patronized in Kuwait Wednesday an honoring ceremony for Dr. Ghazi Al-Qusaibi, the Saudi Minister of Water, as the personality of Al-Qareen Cultural Festival, the official SPA news agency reported.
Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Al-Qusaibi expressed his thanks to Kuwait and the council for his honoring, "noting that he is a talented poet and novelist and has the talent of diplomatic administration", the agency concluded. (Albawaba.com)
