Saudi-led coalition airstrikes on Monday against Yemen's capital city of Sanaa killed 90 people and wounded 300 others in a single day, reports Reuters.
Sources reported the casualties to Yemen's state news agency, Saba, and if confirmed the death toll would be among the highest in a single incident since the Arab nations began bombing Yemen over six weeks ago.
A five day ceasefire has been set to start this evening at 8pm GMT to allow humanitarian aid to reach those caught in the crossfire.
