Saudi Government Asks Commercial Agents to Register Contracts

The Saudi ministry of commerce issued Tuesday a statement reiterating that businessmen who conclude agency contracts with some foreign companies to represent them and distribute their products in the kingdom and implement them directly without should register the agency contract at the ministry, according to the official Saudi news agency (SPA). 

Saudi Arabia is considered an attractive market for foreign products, due to the high standard of living in the kingdom and the about seven million foreigners working in the oil-rich monarchy – Albawaba.com
