Saudi and Indian petroleum ministers discussed Wednesday ways of cooperation in the fields of gas and mineral resources, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

It said that Saudi Petroleum Minister Ali Al Naimi held talks in China with his Indian counterpart, Ram Naik, on the latest situation in the international oil market and aspects of oil cooperation between the two countries, notably the Indian purchase of Saudi crude oil and the possibility of establishing joint projects by Saudi Aramco and Indian petroleum companies.

Both ministers arrived in China two days ago for separate meetings with Chinese trade officials, said SPA – Albawaba.com
