Militants attacked an Iraqi television station north of Baghdad Monday, according to Agence France-Presse.

The militants detonated car bombs near Salaheedin TV channel headquarters in Tikrit and then "stormed the building," according to AFP's police and journalist sources.

A suicide bomber also detonated explosives near the station while militants stormed the building.
