ALBAWABA- In a significant development, a Russian MiG-31 fighter jet reportedly escorted two U.S. bombers over the Barents Sea on Tuesday, as confirmed by Russia's defense ministry, according to Reuters.

 Concurrently, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed key issues in a speech delivered at the board of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Putin highlighted various aspects, including ongoing investigations into a terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall and the roles of the perpetrators involved. 

He stressed the importance of ensuring that those responsible for such acts receive appropriate punishment. 

Additionally, Putin commended prosecutors for their efforts in combating attempts to interfere in Russia’s internal affairs and expressed gratitude, especially to those in newly established regions, for their courageous actions in challenging circumstances. 

The President pledged to strengthen the prosecutor’s office in regions such as Donbas and Novorossia, while also urging for the timely payment of salaries and pensions. 

Furthermore, he emphasized the need to enhance the prosecutor’s office's effectiveness across various domains, including housing and communal services.
