A bill submitted by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov to parliament on imposing a five-year ban on human cloning will be examined on September 19 when deputies return from summer vacation, officials said Wednesday.
The bill approved by the government at the end of July does not however prohibit the cloning of animals, the government information department said.
