Royal Jordanian Bomb Scare Deflated at Beirut Airport

A bomb threat targeting a Jordanian airliner at Beirut airport on Thursday night ended peacefully when the same plane, destined for Amman, left Friday morning after a thorough inspection, reported the Daily Star newspaper on Saturday.  

The Royal Jordanian Airbus was inspected by bomb experts aided by police dogs after landing in Beirut on Thursday night on a routine trip. It was carrying 150 passengers, said the paper.  

It took off for Amman airport at 6:00 am with 55 passengers on board – Albawaba.com
