Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat and Israeli Foreign Minister Shlomo Ben Ami will meet Thursday evening, Israeli public television reported.
The meeting is meant to "restart peace negotiations," frozen since violence broke out in the Palestinian territories in late September.
A Ben Ami spokesman declined comment on the reported meeting -- JERUSALEM (AFP) -
