Relations between China and Syria

Head of the Chinese Communist Party delegation which is currently visiting Syria, Fing Shying, has said that the visit aimed at deepening relations with Syria, exchanging points of view on the regional and international issues and issues of mutual interest, according to SANA.

In a statement to al-Baath daily on Thursday, Shying said that he discussed with the Syrian party officials means of enhancing economic, political, cultural social and trade relations between Syria and China.

Shying showed appreciation of the achievements of Syria in different fields that helped to achieve stability in policy and social life and to the new economic development in Syria.

He described China’s relations with the Arab countries as excellent and based on consultation and coordination in all issues of common interest.
