Batelco, Bahrain’s leading mobile operator is offering customers extra credit when they refill their SimSim account through Batelco’s electronic channels. Batelco’s e-refill channels are IVR (interactive voice response) by calling 196, Quick Serve Machines, Batelco website (www.batelco.com) and selected banks. The offer is valid from 3rd June to 3rd July for BD10 and BD20 SimSim voucher denominations only.
Call Batelco IVR on 196 and choose option 4 for mobile services followed by option 5 to select one of five refill options - BD1, BD3, BD5, BD10 and BD20. Payment is made by credit card and the SimSim account is refilled on the spot. Customers need to register ‘once-off’ to be able to use their credit card over the IVR.
Use Batelco’s user friendly ‘touch screen’ self service machines that are located at all Batelco shops and at several strategic locations around the Kingdom. This service offers a voucher-less refill. Once the customer selects the voucher denomination, enters the SimSim number and pays by credit or debit card, the top-up will be done immediately.
Visit www.batelco.com and follow the link for e-services to top up your call credit using a credit card. Customers need to register online ‘once-off’ to use this service.
Alternatively, customers can phone participating banks’ hotline numbers (IVR) and follow the voice instructions. The participating banks are:-

3. SHB (Shamil Bank) on 17585050.
4. AUB (Ahli United Bank) on 17221999
