A quake measuring 4.3 degrees on the open-ended Richter scale hit parts of southeastern Iranian province of Kerman on Sunday, reported the official Iranian news agency (IRNA).
The seismological base of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University registered the epicenter of the quake at 860km southeast of Tehran.
The public relations department of the provincial governor general's office told IRNA that no reports have been received of any casualty or damage that may have been caused by the quake – Albawaba.com
