Qatar’s emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, arrived Wednesday in Caracas for talks with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on bilateral issues, reported the official Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The emir is accompanied by a high-ranking delegation, including ministers of foreign affairs, finance, trade and health, said QNA.
The is the emir’s second visit to Venezuela. He visited the country last year to attend an OPEC meeting – Albawaba.com
