Qatar’s telecom company, Q-TEL, has introduced “user-friendly” customer bills, which the firm says will be more comprehensive and clear, reported the Gulf Times on Thursday.
All Q-Tel bills issued from this month will have a new look, a company spokesman said.
He said all details regarding calls made such as date, time, destination, duration, and charge would figure in the new bills.
Also, details of the Q-Tel outlets and banks, which entertain the bills, have been given, he said.
Currently, Q-Tel bills are accepted by Qatar National Bank, Doha Bank, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Al Ahli Bank, Arab Bank, Qatar International Islamic Bank, MashreqBank and United Bank.
He said customers who wish to seek billing details through internet could access the Q-Tel website and get information by keying in their customer number – Abawaba.com
