Biden recounted his efforts to persuade Egyptian President Sisi and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza, emphasizing the dire situation faced by innocent civilians in the region.

He also emphasized the necessity of increasing the flow of aid, including fuel, into Gaza, and revealed his discussions with regional leaders to address the humanitarian crisis.

Overall, Biden's remarks underscored the urgent need for peace and humanitarian assistance in Gaza amid the ongoing conflict.
