The 48-year-old Greek man who held a busload of Japanese tourists hostage for several hours Saturday, committed suicide when he jumped from the seventh floor of a police building in Athens early Sunday, police said.
Christos Kentiras surrendered to police late Saturday after murdering two of his relatives, hijacking a bus carrying 33 Japanese tourists, their driver and a guide, and submitting his captives to nine hour ordeal at gunpoint -- ATHENS (AFP)
