ALBAWABA - UN's Radio Miraya reported on Wednesday that at least 18 people were killed in a passenger plane crash in South Sudan.
According to data, the plane was carrying 21 passengers before it crashed in South Sudan's Unity State. The three other passengers are in critical condition.
No official statement has been made yet by South Sudanese authorities regarding what caused the crash. However, South Sudan's Information Minister Michael Makuei revealed that the plane crashed moments after taking off.
According to unconfirmed reports, the flight was scheduled to leave from Unity State to South Sudan’s capital Juba.
