Israeli soldiers have killed a Palestinian man in the southern Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said Monday. Salem Abd al Qader Abu Shabab, 30, a resident of Dir al Balah was hit in the head, the sources said.
In the West Bank, two Palestinian children were moderately injured after Israeli soldiers stationed near to Aida refugee camp fired randomly at them, Palestinian sources reported.
The injured were identified as Farid Muslim, 14 ,and Mohammed Al-Azraq, 17, according to the sources.
Meanwhile, Khaled Mishaal, political bureau chief of the Hamas Movement, has affirmed that the Palestinian factions would agree on a unified political program after the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
The Hamas leader, in an interview with the Qatari TV network Al-Jazeera in Cairo, also warned of the Palestinian Authority’s attempt to disarm resistance.
Mishaal arrived in Cairo on Saturday for talks with a number of Egyptian officials over latest developments in Palestine. (Albawaba.com)
