Pakistani vessels visit Iranian port

Four ships and a submarine of the Pakistan Navy have reached the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas as part of a goodwill and training tour of the Gulf, a Pakistan Navy statement said. 

 

The Iranian First Naval Zone Commander, Pakistan's Ambassador Iqbal Ahmad Khan and Naval Attache Captain Khalid Saeed welcomed the Pakistani guests. 

 

The Pakistan Navy ships, PNS Mohafiz, PNS Shujaat, PNS Larkana, PNS Kalmat and the Agosta submarine Sa'ad reached Bandar Abbas after visiting several other countries. 

 

During their three-day visit to Iran, the Pakistan naval staff will interact with the Iranian Navy besides playing sports and sight seeing. (Albawaba.com)
