ALBAWABA - A Pakistani security source announced that talks with Afghanistan will 'likely' resume in Istanbul, Turkey.

On Wednesday, Islamabad revealed that talks had collapsed between Pakistan and Afghanistan aimed at agreeing on a peace deal following the latest deadly border clashes.

Pakistan said in a statement after four days of discussions in Istanbul mediated by Qatar and Turkey, "the dialogue failed to produce any viable solution."
