The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) will hold a meeting next Sunday to discuss the Jerusalem issue among other subjects, reported Gulf News Agency (GNA).
Iranian official sources said “Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi and members of the OIC governing board discussed on Saturday and Sunday the latest developments in the Middle East, particularly the holy Qods.”
Kharrazi told his OIC counterparts on telephone that Iranian President Mohammed Khatami, OIC chairman, urged members of the governing board to meet in Tehran next Sunday, said the agency.
OIC governing board comprises of Iran, Sierra Leone, Djibouti, the Palestinian Authority and Morocco – Albawaba.com
