No more tickets for Iran's 2006 World Cup games

There are no longer World Cup tickets available for some 24 countries, among them Iran, Brazil, Germany, Argentina, Italy, France, Netherlands and England, the vice-president of the 2006 World Cup Organizing Committee, Wolfgang Niersbach, announced in Frankfurt on Saturday.

 

"Tickets for 13 countries were sold out at the end of the first phase. As of midday Tuesday, tickets are no longer available for 11 more nations," Niersbach said.
