Top Iraqi official Ali Hassan al-Majid is expected in the Egyptian capital of Cairo soon with a message from his cousin, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, according to a newspaper report.
Al-Akhbar, in its Monday edition, said that Majid, a member of Iraq's ruling Revolutionary Command Council, will bring a message for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on the "Iraqi question".
