New Pastry Chef at the Grand Hyatt Amman
Grand Hyatt Amman held a media gathering last Wednesday at its renowned Grand Deli Café to welcome the hotel’s new pastry chef Yana Murashova.
Murashova recently joined the Grand Hyatt’s team as a first-class pastry chef, and she will be supervising the preparation of the sandwiches, pastries and desserts at the hotel’s various.
Murashova has an extensive experience in pastry and desert preparation, which she had gained during her long career that spanned several hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Dubai, and the Excelsior Baku and Park Hyatt Baku Hotels in Azerbaijan. She also fluently speaks a number of languages, including German, English, Russian and her mother Azerbaijani tongue.
During the media gathering, Grand Hyatt Amman’s Head Chef Rabah Abu Sbeitan said: “We are thrilled to have Ms. Murashova as part of our team. She has made a reputation for herself as a professional pastry chef who adds her own unique touches to her recipes, and we are certain that her skills will enliven the pastry gallery of our Grand Deli.”
It is worth mentioning that the Hyatt’s Grand Deli is a simplistically-styled café that provides a wide selection of light snacks, pastries, sandwiches and desserts.
