Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said, Omani Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers has received at his office Wednesday the new ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Sultanate at the beginning of his mission in Muscat.
In the course of the meeting, discussions dealt with existing bilateral relations and means of developing them in various spheres.
The ambassador extended his government’s thanks for the Sultanate's participation in the opening of the 2002 World Cup by a delegation comprised of high-level officials, Oman News Agency reported.
Sayyid Fahd, on his part, welcomed the ambassador, wishing him a happy stay in the Sultanate and the Omani-Korean ties further progress and prosperity. (Albawaba.com)
