Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to meet with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Berlin Thursday morning.
They will be meeting in an attempt to calm tensions that have engulfed Israel in a wave of terror attacks.
Later in the day, Netanyahu is also expected to meet with European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
