National library of Algeria acquires rare manuscripts from 16th and 17th century

The National Library of Algeria has recently acquired seven rare manuscripts dating back to 16th and 17th century. El-Moudjahid reports that these manuscripts consist of a text on Koran by Abderahmane Ben Mohamed Makhlouf Thaâlibi, a commentary on theology by Ali Ben Ali El Boukhari, an incomplete manuscript on the same topic, a philosophical study by Chems Eddine Ben Mohamed El Attab El Khasradji, a research on the rhetoric of Ibn Malek written by Abou Mohamed Abdellah Djamel Eddine as well as two manuscripts by an unknown author. The total value of the manuscripts is estimated to be approximately 240,000 dinars.
