Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday reiterated his determination to execute his electoral program and safeguard the country's security and sovereignty. In a speech to mark his last week victory of the presidential election, Mr. Mubarak affirmed that the incoming phase requires exerting further efforts to establish a "modern society for free citizens of a democratic country in order to seize unemployment and provide jobs."
