Moroccan group Rahal and Catalan Serhs Group will create a joint venture called "Rostoy Morocco," in which each company will have 50 % share. Bladi Net reports that Rostoy Morocco, which is planned to be a fruit juice production company, will be established in Tangier with a total cost of 1, 5 million euros.
"Rostoy Morocco" is envisaged to open its doors at the beginning of 2006 to employ 30 people. The planned company will have a total surface of 5,000 square meters and produce 10 million liters of fruit juice per year.
