Fifteen people died and 859 others were wounded in 694 road accidents over one week in urban Moroccan areas between May 28 and June 3, reported the official Maghrebe Arab Presse (MAP) on Saturday.
A police statement said that the number of accidents had nevertheless decreased 4.14 percent compared to the same period last year.
The number of lightly injured people and of those killed also decreased by 6.59 percent and 25 percent, respectively, while the number of seriously injured people increased by 73.69 percent during the same period - Albawaba.com
