Meanwhile, a bombing of a bus was reported in the Jordan Valley.
A guard at Bank Hapoalim on Salah-a-Din Street in east Jerusalem killed a Palestinian, reported Haaretz.
According to initial reports the Palestinian was shot after trying to snatch the weapon of a security guard.
The paper said the Israeli police force was investigating the killing.
Meanwhile, an Israeli was critically wounded in a shooting attack Sunday afternoon near the West Bank settlement of Ganim, which is located east of Jenin.
Meanwhile, three other Israelis were wounded in a shootout as Palestinian fighters attacked the Jewish settlement of Gilo near occupied Jerusalem.
Haaretz also reported that a bomb exploded on a bus in the Jordan Valley, apparently causing no injuries.
The incidents came after three major attacks in Jerusalem, Haifa and Gaza killed about 27 Israelis and wounded more than 250.
Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres on Sunday summoned all ambassadors to the Jewish state for a meeting.

The new casualties push the death toll of Israelis in the latest Palestinian uprising to well over 200, and the tally of wounded to past 2,000.
