More than 500 sheep were killed in the southern Saudi region of Jizan when the truck transporting them crashed and overturned, a newspaper reported Thursday.
The driver lost control of the lorry as he tried to avoid a car, hit the central reservation and overturned, Al-Madina said without specifying when the accident took place.
"All the sheep were killed and the driver suffered a broken spine and pelvis," the paper added - RIYADH (AFP)
