Mohammed VI Karate Cup to start

Mohammed VI Karate Cup, organized by the Moroccan Royal Federation of Karate with the high patronage of the King Mohammed VI, will be held from March 19 until March 20. <i>Le Matin</i> reports that there will be nearly 150 karate experts, two per weight category, and about fifteen international sporting teams from countries such as Iran, France, Italy, Canada, Germany, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.

 

Mohamed Moktabil, the president of the Moroccan Royal Federation of Karate (FRMK) noted that they are determined to put this year’s event on the International calendar and that is why this year they will host Mr. Spinos, the president of the International Federation of Karate.
