Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Aldah Wald Abdi arrived in Khartoum on Sunday, carrying a message from Mauritanian President Muawyia Wald Sidi Ahmed Al Taye to his Sudanese counterpart, Omar Al Bashir, reported the official Sudanese news agency, SUNA.
The agency said that the message dealt “with bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries and means of promoting them further in all domains besides the regional and international issues of mutual concern.”
During his two-day visit, the Mauritanian minister is also scheduled to meet with his Sudanese counterpart, Mustafa Osman Ismail, and other senior officials.
