Marina Management Middle East- the Pan European yacht brokerage, management and maintenance firm- will enter the region’s yachting market by exhibiting at the highly renowned 2006 Dubai International Boat Show, the Middle East’s largest gathering of boats, supplies and services. Exhibiting in the Luxury Supplies and Services section of the Show, Marina Management will interact for the first time with its Middle East clientele.

Following its inception in 1984, Marina Management has been servicing clients and representing yacht manufacturers in Greece, Italy, Turkey and Côte d’Azur to name a few. Tailored to provide an A-to-Z service, Marina Management Middle East brings to the region the expertise of seasoned professionals and marine captains in order to cover all marine categories from the management and finance of yachts to their maintenance and supervision of all relevant safety and repair products.

Captain Ricardo Arrigoni, Head of Marina Management Middle East, commented by saying: “With the fast growth of the leisure marine industry in the region, the Middle East was the natural next step and Dubai is the ideal hub due to the positive development in a range of other industries from real estate to finance. After dealing with Marina Management Middle East, we aim for the pleasure of the sailing experience to be our client’s only concern. We are certainly delighted to have the Dubai International Boat Show be our introductory platform.”

The 2006 Dubai International Boat Show offers a perfect opportunity for Marina Management Middle East to introduce its services to the region. Captain Ricardo Arrigoni added, “We believe that Marina Management can both benefit from the region and its opportunities and offer its integrated yachting services and knowledge to the regional and local clientele.”

The 2006 Dubai International Boat show is expected to attract over 25 000 visitors and more than 120 boats, leisure craft, equipment and services will be displayed. Since its beginnings more than a decade ago, the Boat Show has grown continuously and reflects the region’s flourishing marine industry. With a massive increase in marina-based property development projects in the past, the local market grew immensely and today, more than 30 000 leisure craft are estimated to be in the Gulf.
