EU labels Iran’s IRGC a terrorist organization

ALBAWABA- The European Union has officially designated Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization, signaling a sharp escalation in its stance toward Tehran. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced that all 27 member states approved the move, citing the IRGC’s role in violently suppressing anti-government protests that have claimed thousands of lives.
