Libya's parliament speaker, Zenati Mohammed Zenati, arrived Saturday in Algiers, carrying a message from leader Moammer Kadhafi to President Abdelaziz Boutefliqa, for ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries, reported the Kuwaiti News Agency.

The Libyan envoy was quoted by the agency as saying that Kadhafi, in his message, told his Algerian counterpart that Libya is interested in finding ways to promote cooperation with Algeria in the fields of politics and economy.

Boutefliqa visited Libya late November.
