LGE AC installation is now Guaranteed in less than 48 hours
Reiterating its commitment to rendering quality services, LGE is now delivering its AC sets to the Jordanian customers in less than 48 hours from the time of purchase. LGE dedicated special 33 teams, 33 vans and 5 trucks for its AC installations.
The new service scheme to provide the Jordanian market with the most modern and quickest installation service was launched in collaboration with The Middle East Complex – exclusive dealer for home digital appliances – and Al Asalah Electromechanics – exclusive dealer for central air conditioning systems and provider of AC installation.
Commenting on the new service, The General Manager of Al Asalah, Mr. Esam Samarah said, “Our market findings showed that customers suffer from late installation for several days or even weeks during the summer season. But with LGE we guarantee full customer satisfaction and less than 48 hours installation service from the time of purchase”.
Mr. Samara further explained that the new launched service is from the ongoing efforts of Al Asalah Academy. The Academy is developing the employees’ skills in the installation and maintenance of the air conditioning systems.
