LG Electronics, a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances, held an Iftar banquet for local media representatives on September 4 that aims at celebrating the blessed month of Ramadan with local media to further reinforce cooperation.
Mr. Kevin Cha, Managing Director of LG Electronics Levant stressed that LG and media share a mutual goal, “to serve community in the best ways, while providing people and consumers with the best communication and the latest information available.”
During the Iftar banquet, LG introduced New Vision, the LG new distributer for premium Home appliances, Home entertainment and AC with innovative features.
Commenting on LG’s new distributor, Mr. Cha said “New Vision’s high-end product line-up, strong after sales service and efficient distribution network will further assure the prominent level of LG Electronics.”
He also noted that LG is committed to providing high-end products, and to extend more support to the community by more productive ways than one, while maintaining high status as the leading global electronics company in the market.
“With NV, LG is aiming for much stronger after sales service to fulfill customer satisfaction, in addition to expanding service centers and setting up new concept showrooms,” he added.
It is worth noting that NV is 50% owned by Shaker Group (Saudi Public Company), 32% Local Partners Ali and Amr Bilbissi and 18% Darwish Khalili.
NV Chairman, Mr. Ali Al Bilbaisi, expressed enthusiasm for NV’s teaming up with LG in Jordan for the latter’s well-earned position as a world leader in electronics.
“With long experience in electronic competitive promotions and unique shopping experience, NV will be focusing on displaying LG products at all sales channels in Jordan along with a strong after sales campaign,” he said.
In addition, Al Bilbaisi stressed that NV will always endeavor to improve business strategy and overall customer support, and latest products line up with LG incessant support.
Within the same context, Cha revealed that LG has a number of new technology solutions to be unveiled next year, including state of the art technologies such as the new LED TV, LED 3D, smart TVs and mobiles, home net technology and much more.
