ALBAWABA - Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that until Saturday evening the death toll in the Syrian security operation jumped to 1018 people, including 745 civilians who were killed in cold blood in sectarian massacres.
SOHR added that the human toll, which is rapidly increasing due to non-stopping clashes, began when the militants entered to support the security forces and the formations of the Ministry of Defense.
The organization further noted that electricity and drinking water were cut off in large areas in the Latakia countryside for the second day in a row, which led to the interruption of services, especially communications, in some areas.
This heavily affected bakeries, which halted the production of bread, and markets that were a destination for militants, security forces, and the Ministry of Defense, which was closed, making it difficult to secure the daily needs of families.
The death toll also included 125 members of the General Security, the Ministry of Defense, and allied forces. In addition to the killing of 148 armed men from the remnants of the former regime, the rebels, and their loyalists from the coast.
