Ashraf al-Qudra, the spokesperson for the ministry, has provided distressing additional information. Tragically, 44 health workers have lost their lives, striking a severe blow to an already strained healthcare system. To compound the crisis, four hospitals and 14 basic healthcare services are now non-functional, leaving an already beleaguered population without critical care.

Perhaps most alarming is the stark revelation that hospitals in Gaza are facing a dire shortage of essential medicines. As al-Qudra starkly states, "There are no medicine stocks in any of the hospitals in Gaza."

The loss of innocent lives, especially among children and women, along with the critical shortages in healthcare and medical supplies, paints a grim picture of the situation. People worldwide express their profound dismay at the unfolding tragedy, underscoring the urgent need for concerted efforts towards a just and lasting solution to prevent further suffering of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
