The Kuwait stock market hit a five-year low Tuesday of 1,335.5, almost seven percent down on the year, Mid-East Financial Information (AME Info) reported.
Investors were quoted by AME as saying that "the low point reflected a lack of confidence in Government promises to reform the economy."
Four the past 90 days, the KST reached peak on November 9 with 1459, but slipped to reach its lowest on November 14.
