According to PETRA, His Majesty King Abdullah II called on Thursday to find suitable solutions in the near and far futures to improve the use and management of energy resources and to make Jordan's need of energy available.
The King affirmed, during heading a meeting of the Infrastructure Committee born out of the National Agenda, the importance of putting a comprehensive strategy on energy and its demands in the coming stage.
King Abdullah also stressed on the necessity of studying the best ways to present energy with high quality and law price to contribute in enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy and improve life standards of citizens.
During the meeting, Head of the committee Nasser Lawzi presented a briefing for His Majesty the king on the committee's mechanism of work, adding that the recommendations of the committee would be clear during the next month.
