A fantasy fulfilled as the specialty restaurant brings together exquisitely prepared grilled delights from all over the world using five traditionally known grill methods – from Charcoal grill, Al Forno wood oven, and BBQ smoke hickory to Tandoori and Rotisserie. Joining the culinary elite of Dubai from his glamorous post at the historic Kempinski Adlon in Berlin, Chef de Cuisine, Sebastian Reim, is renowned for his modern flavoured cuisines, intensely passionate and masterful, his signature style captures the wonderfully subtle flavours of grilled dishes and brings to life pure gastronomical delights with every dish.

The KGrill epicurean journey can begin with cherry wood grilled scallops with avocado and red pepper; or grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin with choron and cheese macaroni; or the oven roasted veal cutlet with Pak Choy and Cepes mushroom risotto, enjoy the delights of tandoori marinated salmon with chervil and Button mushroom; each dish will make a grilled food lover ecstatic.

“We’ve explored countless recipes from every culinary tradition and infused them with spices for added aromas, offering guests a grilled paradise unrivalled in taste and experience. KGrill serves a wide range of beef - from Angus to authentic Japanese Wagyu – available in a variety of sizes and cuts. “We will also be serving Hammour and Boston lobsters within our extensive a la carte menu – for those who long for superb seafood,” added Chef Sebastian.
