Jumbo Electronics marks a new era in customer service with the opening of its state of the art customer service centre for consumer electronics products.
Located in Jebel Ali and sprawling across 70,000 sqft, Jumbo is all set to play its part in banishing the image that customer service in the region is lacking. Jumbo will offer a pick-up and drop-off facility and instant service for minor repairs.
Jumbo is redefining customer service in Dubai promising informative and regular communication to the customer regarding the status of repairs.  Visitors to the centre will be treated to customer engagement zones including Sony gaming consoles and flat panel TV’s and will be met with highly skilled and efficient staff.

Strengthening Jumbo’s alliance with Sony Gulf, this service centre is the only service centre in this region with the capability to service and test Sony Alpha DSLR cameras
